  • Private Training

    1 Hour Long Session that accommodates your individual goals and preferences.

  • Semi-Private Training

    1 Hour Long Session either consisting of a 2 on 1, 3 on 1, or 4 on 1 environment.

  • Group Training (Adults, Teens, or Kids)

    Adult Fitness Group : 1 Hour Long Session for adults in a small group setting that caters to a wide demographic of all levels of experience in fitness. Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 6am & 8am + Friday at 9am.

    Middle school/High School Performance Group : 1 Hour Long Session for ages 12-18. This session caters to mitigating injuries often seen in the individual’s sport of choice, strength, power, speed, agility, movement quality, and education. Monday/Wednesday at 6pm, Tuesday/Thursday at 4pm & 6pm.

    Youth Performance Group : 1 Hour Long Session focusing on movement quality, strength, speed, physical education, and fun. For ages 8-12. Monday/Wednesday at 5pm.

  • Team Training

    1 Hour Long session privately scheduled for Sports Teams from College, High School, Club and Rec.
